CS Neeraj K. Sharma is the visionary Founder and Managing Partner of Percept Corporate Services LLP, a multidisciplinary corporate advisory firm offering integrated legal, financial, regulatory, and strategic consulting services.

With over a decade of diversified professional experience, he has earned a strong reputation for his expertise in corporate law, securities regulation, merchant banking, taxation, and insolvency management. His approach blends technical accuracy with strategic foresight, ensuring that every engagement delivers tangible value and regulatory precision.

A Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, Neeraj is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds multiple advanced qualifications, including:
– MBA in Banking & Finance
– Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
– Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Arbitration & Conciliation

He is also a SEBI-Registered Merchant Banker and an Insolvency Professional (Exam Qualified), and is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Corporate Law.
